MEET BARIDUANEN
Hi, I’m BARIDUANEN Akwaisua Okopide (née Lemon) a Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, Scrum Master & Administrative Professional who genuinely enjoys helping teams build things that matter.

I work closely with stakeholders, engineers, designers, and delivery partners to turn complex ideas into well-run, meaningful products. I use Agile ways of working, Kanban boards, and collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 to keep everyone aligned and moving forward without the chaos. 

I’ve had the opportunity to work across e-commerce, health, education, energy, estate management, and fintech, which has shaped how I adapt and approach each new challenge.I care deeply about working collaboratively,  and making sure everyone feels confident about what they’re delivering.

When I’m not managing teams or shipping products, I enjoy mentoring product managers and keeping users at the center of every decision—because great products are built by strong teams and thoughtful problem-solving.

Project Management & Coordination

Providing end-to-end project support including planning, scheduling, meeting coordination, action tracking, and reporting to ensure projects are well-governed and delivered efficiently.

Project Administration

Delivering reliable administrative support across complex projects, including diary management, minute taking, travel coordination, and maintaining accurate project records.

Compliance & Governance

Managing project documentation, records lifecycle, and retention schedules to support compliance, audit readiness, and organisational governance standards.

Reporting & Process Improvement

Developing and maintaining trackers, reports, and monitoring tools to improve visibility, accuracy, and efficiency across projects and operational team

Digital Workplace & Microsoft 365 Support

Supporting teams using Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Planner, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access to enable collaboration and structured delivery.
